Ingredients:
1 Litre Meyer's Rum
10 Vanilla Pods (Bought from PH) - Can put more for stronger taste.
Method:
- Pour out rum into a glass bottle.
- Slice the centre of the vanilla pod and put into the bottle of rum.
- Store in a cool place.
- Shake the bottle every 2 to 3 days.
Alternative, you can also take out the vanilla beans from the pod and use it directly for baking or put them into a jar of confectionary sugar.
